Jarhead Redux

I've been thinking about the movie a lot lately, and how war has moved from being ground-based to being air-based. I've been thinking about bombs lately. When I think, I write poetry. Thus, I wrote a poem. It's an ode.

big boom. big big
bad boom boom,
lovely and

orangey and lightful.
i know you exist, boom,
because i see you

exist, in film and film
and memories
of film, darkful and

orangey
yellow and red boom,
big and small boom,

my most and
least favorite cinema.
